Candidate Profile: Giovanna Mingarelli is the Liberal candidate for Prescott–Russell–Cumberland. She is an award-winning technology entrepreneur and community builder. For over 20 years Giovanna has worked in political and digital communications and has served in the office of a former Prime Minister of Canada. She has been a Parliamentary witness and a keynote speaker relating to the advancement of young women in politics through her work with Equal Voice: Electing Women in Canada and is on the Board of Directors for the Women’s History Project.
