Candidate Profile: Timothy Watchorn is a proud resident of Morin-Heights, where his family settled in 1850. Born in 1970 to English-speaking parents, he enjoyed a bilingual education, attending Collège Notre-Dame in Montreal and John Abbott College. A civil engineering graduate of École Polytechnique de Montréal, he was also a national alpine ski instructor.
