Candidate Profile: Originally from Cuba, Bladimir Laborit Infante settled in Quebec in 1999. In September 2010, he married Kerstin Bellmann, a scientist of German origin. A polyglot, Bladimir speaks English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian. He is also the first Quebecer of Cuban origin to graduate in political science from Université Laval.
