Candidate Profile: Kevin was born on Montréal’s South shore, but moved to the West Coast when he was young. He grew up mostly in North Vancouver before heading out across Canada in the federal Katimavik program in 1981 where he spent time building log homes with the Dene people in Fort Simpson, NWT; volunteered with special-needs folks in Smiths Falls, ON; and worked with a game warden in Chandler, QC.
